I was afraid I would have to get rid of my couch due to our old cushion a being so flat. I replaced them with Foam Order cushions and it’s like I have a brand new couch! The measurements were precise and easy to enter! Thank you Foam Order!

Placed an order in August for with a completion date of late September. We are now late October and they haven't updated anything on the order status. I've reached out through their website/support ticket system several times over the last few weeks and they never responded, not even an automated response. Tried calling today within their posted customer service hours. Tried literally every department on the customer service line (even ones unrelated to my issue) just trying to talk to a person and all of them are met with "we're sorry no one is available to take your call." At this point trying to see if my bank can reverse the transaction as they aren't cheap.

Hi Chad, Thanks for sharing your feedback. Just want to validate that your frustration is merited. We genuinely dropped the ball here. We recently had a perfect storm with our Customer Service team. Not that its any excuse, but we have 3 members of the team, one left after being with the team for 10+ years, another had to take a sabbatical for family health reasons, and everything was dumped on a single individual. That's now water under the bridge. If its too late we understand, but we're in a much better place to make things right. Thanks again for the feedback.

I ordered a custom piece of foam because I need a specific measurement. It came as two scrap pieces glued together!! When I asked about it, they said it was standard procedure, but our professional upholsterer said he has never seen that before. The pieces weren't even level with each other! Don't order custom pieces because they just glue scraps together!

Hey JJ, Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry you were told this is "standard procedure" that's simply not true, and not what we want you or future customers to expect from us. Depending on the foam you purchased, we offer up to a 15 year warranty. So if your cushion is already falling apart or has an issue - that's on us, and we'll remake and ship at our expense. We do occasionally use glue and 2 pieces when shapes are that are irregular or if we're creating a custom firmness at the customers request. That said, if the glue is not working as intended or bothersome to your comfort, we're interested in fixing that for you. We pride ourselves on doing everything we can to ensure our customers get the product they ordered and we're always interested in pursuing a solution and working together when things are not what you hoped. Thanks.

I’m so disappointed with customer service (nonexistent) at Foam Order. I placed my order in mid July and followed the link provided to track the order, which was expected to be completed on July 29th. On August 4 I asked via email about an expected shipping date. An automated response was “the end of the week. It’s now August 14th and after many calls and emails have gone unanswered, I feel forced to complain about it here. It appears bad reviews get a much quicker response than I’ve gotten to date.

Hey Susan, You and I actually spoke on Facebook messanger a few times. Thanks for the feedback. I hope you're doing well. I reviewed your communication with our team before responding here and I want to apologize and acknowledge that our order status team was not meeting our standards in response to how they handled your ticket. That's a problem that has since been corrected for. Again, our deepest apologies. I'm glad to hear however, that the cushion worked out.

I had to purchase a replacement cushion for one of my chairs. I watched the video on the website and took the measurements. I selected the foam based upon the firmness I wanted. I was surprised and impressed by how easy it was. It shipped much sooner than I expected and it fit perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

They cut the foam dimensions to my exact requirement, so it's important to get that right. [PRO TIP: add .5 - 1 inch to each dimension to really fill out the cushion cover] Their ordering process flows well and delivery was on the date they estimated. I was very pleased with the outcome.

I was looking for new foam inners for my sofas. I was lucky to discover FoamOrder and was able to order just what I needed online. The entire process could not have been easier. The FoamOrder website made the process as simple as possible. Their instructions on how to measure and which materials are available and best-suited for the project were easy to understand. I am thrilled with the results, which arrived quickly. Thanks so much!

I ordered two large couch cushions and was very pleased with the quality and perfect fit. My 20 year old couch looks new. Thank you for a high quality and professional product. I found the measuring instruction and video easy to understand. I had the foam wrapped with the Dacron. I think the Dacron wrap added to the nice appearance.
