I have banked with FNBO for about 8 years now and I love this bank. I've always experienced great customer service and honestly there's only been a couple of times I've dealt with someone who wasn't great at their jobs. I love that I can go to a branch and get a new debit card and not have to wait for one to be mailed. Give them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

From the moment I reported my lost card to resolving questions about my remaining balance, Pria was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. Today, I tried cashing a FNB check from a company. Since I’m not a member, the banker had to call the company and verify. Unfortunately, the company who issued the check wasn’t answering. So I was told I couldn’t cash the check until tomorrow(or if they can reach the company). I wasn’t mad as I understand since I’m not a member. The banker named Fabio went above and beyond for me. He told me he would call this company and leave a message explaining the situation and if they call back he would contact me. Shortly after 4:55, I received a call from the 5 star banker Fabio. He went above and beyond for me and delivered. I definitely thought it wasn’t going to happen considering the time and time of the year. Thank you Fabio, you’re a true gentleman and your kindness during our entire time in the bank was great from the moment I walked inside. Thanks buddy

This bank has been fair to me . I have received two loans and currently have a credit card with them through my union 32bj seiu membership. And the made early payoff of loans easy .

Spoke with someone named Sandi and Cam. I needed assistance with opening an account and understanding alternative requirements in case I couldn't provide an I-20. Hold time was reasonable, and the initial contact was great. The transfer to their dedicated department was quick, and the assistance was clear and detailed. Both representatives were pleasant and fun to speak with. I was actually surprised—internet reviews had me a bit concerned, but I decided to give them a try because everyone’s situation is different. I’m glad I took that chance and gave them a call. I had a great experience. I called their main line, and at the end they gave me the direct number for the department I spoke with, just in case I had follow-up questions or my circumstances changed. Thank you, FNBO! jainish patel! he has spectacular costumer service. I visited on my birthday to deposit a check, and a week later i received a letter in the mail from Jainish Patel. He wrote a handwritten note to me wishing me a happy birthday and thanking me for making FNBO a part of my day. Jainish Patel is very dedicated and deserves to be recognized!

For over 10 years my wife and I have had a personal and business checking, savings and credit card accounts with FNB of Omaha plus a lockbox and a couple of small short-term loans. NO PROBLEMS with them at all during this time. Since Covid we don't go into a branch very often but when we do, or when we call, they are always very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can't say that about some of the other banks we've used over the years.
