Card is a scam. They are affiliated with BP but will cut your credit in half without notice even if you’ve never missed paying on time. Complete joke. Not sure having a card like this is worth it just to be able to purchase BP gas. BP should be ashamed they are using this as their credit card for BP purchases. In response to your reply I called customer service before submitting the review and was told there was nothing they could do. That’s not customer service that’s scripted justification.

They are an absolutely horrible company and always reject your payments. Never purchase from these sorry losers ever again. Pathetic excuse for a credit card

Terrible Company....When I bought my Fiat Car, I paid over $30k for it. I found that I could get a credit card design with Fiat on it, so I got it. I didn't use it for a couple of years, and I really didn't realize it. I got a letter in the mail saying your card has been cancelled. How about a letter saying this..."Your Card will be Cancelled if you don't use it within the next 30 days due to inactivity". This is much more courteous, and gives the customer a chance to keep up with it, or close out the account at that point in time. RUDE !!

If I could do NO stars I would! One of our rewards cards was LOST and I was given a ticket number and told I’d be called within an hour or two. I explained that we were on vacation and if they didn’t respond quickly it would be pointless. Three days later I get a voicemail to call them back. I call repeatedly and the recording says to call back during business hours EVEN thought it is Business Hours. I’m canceling the card because of this !

After a minor disagreement the branch manager at Norfolk ne decided to close my account that I've had for 25 years. Her supervisor of course covered for her and agreed to close the account. Stay away at all costs, do NOT do any business with this crooked bank. Customer service is abysmal . Contacting customer service and speaking with a "supervisor" does absolutely nothing, it appears that most of the staff is of the overly emotional type that cover for each other. There are several other accounts this bank is going to lose as I'm making sure everyone knows what happened

As of today, they sent a reply to call them at 888 number to go back on hold..never ever again..my bill this month was over 8k and because of your service u wont see 1 cent in Interest..I was the prefect client lots of High dollar purchases ..liars,scammers,he'll bound you are..

I paid off my loan to them a long time ago. I accidentally overpaid because of the way the account is set up. At first they said it would be several weeks. That passed. I called back same. I called back and they reassured me it would be sent asap in a couple of days. Weeks have passed. Still nothing. At this point it feels they are purposely keeping my money. Will NEVER use them again and will be glad when this is all over

Worst bank ever!! I have applied for credit cards many times (780 credit score). I have always had it approved or denied within a day. Once it was up 3 days and I called same day I applied where a banker was able to look at it and approve it same day. This bank? Nope. They take 10-15 days to approve a credit card. The one I applied for so I could use it for my birthday at universal. But they don’t tell you it takes that long for approval. I call and speak to a woman who says there is no specific department for approval of accounts and that the computer has to approve it hopefully in 10-15 days. What kind of nonsense is that. Now my birthday vacation is being changed and I’ll have a useless card I’ll never touch and a hit on my credit for applying. Don’t use them.
