Still haven't received anything yet I was told u had in stock in la but now im waiting what is taking so long

The products ate very nice looking models, but the models always perform poorly, every single FMS airplane I own or owned was heavy, no room to easily achive a proper CG and they must be flown at full power. On two airplanes I have servos getting damaged after only 2 flights, thankfully they were not critical ones or I had lost the plane. And they refused to replace them.

I bought floaters for my Ranger 1220, and the mounting parts came with one missing screw. I asked them to send me this little screw, and they charged me U$ 7,00 for it. Unbelievable ! Might have god products, but customer service is below admissable standards. Although I am from Brazil, I gave them an FL address. After complaining, thay apologised and said they will send the missing item.

I’ve ordered many of my RC products/parts from FMS and it’s always been a positive experience and customer service when needed has always responded to my needs.

Flew first time successfully.

Cant get ahold of anyone in customer service. Total run around with order number that wont go into their form and no one answers the support phone. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. Brand new plane never flown while assembling following their booklet of instructions when plugging in the battery the plane full throttle into my side cutting me up my right side. Now plane is broken with no way of talking to anyone for help. Very dissatisfied.

Everything was as ordered.
