These 1/6 and 1/10 scale trucks I purchased from Amazon are beautiful and fun to drive. However, two of my five FMS trucks arrived damaged. I contacted FMS customer service and I am very happy with how they handled my chat session. Great customer service on FMS. I am not happy that I do not get to enjoy my 1:6 Willie’s due to a broken servo horn upon arrival. Or the fact that my FJ40 steering wheel was broken off, the roof rack was cracked where three screws secure it to the top, and the upper drivers side door pin was missing. I did find the 1:6 Willie’s jeep screw and service horn piece in the box. I can’t wait to get these two fixed and get them out on the trail. Also, I am not a fan of buying a brand new expensive RC car with little to no grease in the differential or transfer case. There was very little shock oil in all five of my fresh out the box FMS products.

Your shipping is flawed. You sat on it for days. It then sat in Florida for days. It finally came to AZ in a somewhat reasonable time, BUT then pkg went to a small town near LA, then out and back to LA, then out and back to LA, then out and back to LA, then finally came to AZ ... again a week later, then to me, many-many days past the promised date and past the date I needed the items. Perhaps examine your shipping labels ???? This is the third time this massive round about routing and long delays has occurred.

The products ate very nice looking models, but the models always perform poorly, every single FMS airplane I own or owned was heavy, no room to easily achive a proper CG and they must be flown at full power. On two airplanes I have servos getting damaged after only 2 flights, thankfully they were not critical ones or I had lost the plane. And they refused to replace them.

I like FMS. I have 2 FCX24's and they are great fun. Parts break and fixing them is a part of the hobby i really enjoy, however deliveries take forever to arrive. I realize they come from China but Aliexpress still beats them by a solid week. Its disappointing when you are waiting on parts...

I dislaike They send me the wrong parts.. And take to mucho time to send the correct ones. They have to. Check firts and be sure order is complete and correct.. Two weeks time lost or more

Shipping cost are excessive consider the items ordered are sent the slowest delivery method. Your change over in your rewards program resulted in my losing nearly 14k in points coupled with shipping fee and delivery slowness It has cost FMS a customer.

Im very happy with my 1220 ranger, a great beginners plane. I had crashed and needed a few small parts. 15.00 shipping on 30.00 worth of merchandise is pretty expensive.

The guys I deal with are awesome with helping me with issues. I have ordered a LOT of parts. I order a part that says in stock then get an email that it’s ready for shipping yet it doesn’t move for about 7 days or more. In stick part's, shipped from Florida shouldn’t take 2 weeks or more to get to Illinois.
