I have been working with Bryan Davis for probably about 6 months now. He has been great and super helpful at every turn. At the beginning I wasn't sure about flying private and he was able to answer all of my questions and give me time to think about if I wanted to proceed. He wasn't pushy in any way and eventually I reached back out when our family was ready and he jumped in to help us. Bryan is quick, efficient and happy to help at any point. He looks for the best deals, provides options, and shares his expertise of what he would recommend based on the options. He communicates well and makes sure to provide any updates as they happen. He also checks in and makes sure everything went well with the flight. Our whole family feels very well taken care of and we've developed a great relationship with Bryan. The rest of the team has also been amazing - Anthony is great at coordinating all of the other travel requirements, including rental cars, catering, and other transportation. We have truly enjoyed working with FlyUSA for all of our private flight needs and look forward to more travel in the future!

Great working with everyone on this, the advance team and the flight crew were great. Our travel schedule needed flexibility and they worked hard to help us make that happen.

Friendly staff! Answered all my questions and I had a lot since I was moving to another country with my husband, two kitty cats and a lot of luggage...everything went smooth!

Our flight was perfect. The pilots were so professional and personal, helping us get onboard, taking extra care with SamIAm (cat)! The cabin was spotless, amenities all around. Totally enjoyable flight.

Great experience. Pilots were very helpful with getting my elderly mother settled. Ground crew was very helpful and accommodating as well. Flight was perfect.
