Absolutely useless. Booked and paid £78.95 for my car to be collected at Heathrow at 6am. They never turned up. I was left with no choice but to arrange another company and pay them separately to deal with my car. Complete waste of time and money. Would not use this company again.

Used flyparkcompare thinking they would only use reputable companies, oh dear my big mistake, they answered my first email, after that,no more response, the first answer i was told to contact the provider, SAPPHIRE PARKING, what a waste of time, do not reply to any correspondence at all, please peeps have a look at trustpilot reviews on both companies, they are rated at 1.1, this is only because you can’t give less than 1 star, SAPPHIRE PARKING have 99% negative reviews, shambolic company who leave your car in the short stay car park during your stay away, people have been left with hundreds of pounds to exit the car park.

I wish I read the reviews first!! Dropping off my car started relatively ok, however when we dropped the car off it was early hours and they said they needed £10 to exit the car park, I was in a rush and gave them £10 cash I had in my glove box, despite the fact the conformation email did not mention having to pay an additional £10 for the carpark. When we landed I called them several times to let them know, and my calls were ignored for the first 15 minutes. When I finally got hold of them we ended up being made to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes for them to drop the car off. When I called them, as I had a young baby with me, they were rude on the phone and told me it’s a 45 minute wait, standard. No where on the email confirmation did it say we’d have to wait 45 minutes, if it did I wouldn’t have booked. Yet 45 minutes would have felt like a reasonable wait compared to the nearly 2 hours we had to wait instead. And to make an awful customer experience even worse, they stole money from my car. When they returned the car they gave us the ticket which we had to pay, £8; so not sure where the £10 they demanded when we dropped the car off came from. However I checked my glove box when I got my key back as they clearly didnt give a trustworthy vibe, originally I had £20 cash in the car, £10 of which I gave to the driver when I dropped off the car, and then my additional £10 cash was missing. I will never use this company again, nor will I book without checking.

Had to leave keys on wheels as the valet wasn't there to get my car as i was going to miss my flight otherwise. Had to wait for an hour and a half for my car to be returned after being told it'd be done after 45 minutes. Never book this service, rude customer service too.

Absolutely wish I read the reviews first before booking with this company. My fault for doing it in a rush and have absolutely learnt my lesson the hard way. Awful customer service, unclear communication throughout and was waiting for my car for over an hour when I had supposedly booked the 'meet and greet' option. Absolutely appalling AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Avoid this company at all costs. We arrived and very little information was given. To then be asked for £20 for access to airport for both drop off and pick up. I was aware of this, however we didn’t even access the airport drop off we were dropped off 1/2 mile away and were told “walk up there “ !!! We then returned 2 days early and were basically left stood around waiting for car to eventually been black mailed because we were early the car was in “storage “ and to move all these cars around I had to pay another £20 or wait 4 hours until they could move all these cars around to get our car out!!! I paid the £20 as I just wanted to leave and the car was with us in less than 2 minutes. Avoid this company at all costs very unprofessional and quite rude. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!

Awful pick up phone call many times for arrival rude and non english understanding. On collection car was extremely dirty. and dashcam was unplugged for no reason. really not impressed for greet and meet will never use again.

Do not use. We got kept waiting for a long time both ways. When you call up the guy is so rude. I actually thinks he gets a kick out of trying to wind you up. When we went to collect our car I told him name/car, he hung up on me. Then when I called him back to see if he had sent the car he said he didn't have my booking and he will ring me back in 30mins. When questioning him on this he starting talking to me as if I was a child. Ive never had such a bad service.
