We have used this cowboy company recently when flying out of Gatwick. We called them 30min before we arrive at Gatwick, we had to wait another 15mins to then be told we had to give the driver £10.00 for the carpark charge. When we arrived back to the UK we then contacted them to bring our car back, after all it was meet and greet!!! I contacted the very arrogant rude man on the other end of the phone that we had arrived back, he told me to go to car park 6 and then hung up, I then called back and he told me to go to car park 6 level 6!!! In fact he then changed it to level 5, In the meantime my son did the same to be told they didn't have his car, then put the phone down!!!this was very distressing as he had 2 children with him.... eventually we got our car back after waiting an hour, my son however had to threaten him, all he did was laugh at him and my daughter in law down the phone!!! saying he is not getting his car back!!! This was extremely frustrating as you can imagine as we had to wait in a layby in Gatwick to make sure they were safe. This company needs to be exposed and shut down. So please if you are thinking of using this company DONT Ohh and we also had to pay £8 to get out of the car park!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! And no petrol!!!

Never again!!! It was my first time and definitely last time. We and another family with kids were waiting over one hour for transport from Gatwick Airport to car park. It was only 8 degrees outside. (Around midnight). We called there his line was busy or he rejected the call. He only needed 8 minutes for the trip, yet he arrived over an hour later—and even then, he acted as if he were doing us a huge favor. At the destination, we met a family who had been waiting over two hours for their airport transfer; they had arrived just before us. We decided that, on behalf of all of us, a formal complaint should be filed. Terrible experience. I do not recommend.

I was late for my flight because they were late collecting the car. I have returned to collect it myself, and have been waiting an hour and a half and nothing. The phone doesn't get answered, and when it is finally, you're told repeatedly 10 minutes. I have now threatened them with the police, I'm disabled, and this is absolutely terrible service.

Rubbish website. Had very bad experience don’t use just use airline websites as this is not trustworthy

Poor communication had to pay extra for carpark drop off and a long wait for pickup. It would have been quicker and cheaper to use a long stay car park will never use them again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. There wasn't an option to give this company zero stars. The most unprofessional, rude, arrogant staff i have ever had the unpleasant experience of dealing with over the phone. However the young lad that dropped it off at the airport was lovely.. They also don't tell you that you will also have the carparking to pay for driving on the meet and greet multi story...so that adds another 20 pound to add on to the cost. The car was filfy when returned also. This company are a bunch of cowboys...God knows where the car has been for the last three weeks. After a 17hr flight this was the last thing we needed.

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. I urge everyone to steer well clear of flyparkcompare*comThis was easily the worst airport parking and transfer experience I’ve ever had. 1. Hidden Extra Charges After completing my booking through their price comparison tool, I was hit with an unexpected £20 transfer fee. This extra charge was only revealed in the confirmation email after I had already paid for the parking. 2. Misleading Drop-off / Pick-up Instructions We were dropped off right outside the terminal upon arrival, so naturally, we expected to be picked up from the same place. However, after landing and calling them to ask where the shuttle was, they casually informed us that the pick-up point was actually at a nearby hotel. There was zero prior notice about this. My wife and I had to drag our luggage through the pouring rain for 6 minutes, including carrying them up outdoors stairs. 3. Unsafe Vehicles To top it all off, the transfer vehicle was an absolute banger. To make matters worse, the seatbelt on my wife’s side was completely broken and wouldn't fasten at all – a severe safety hazard. Unprofessional, transparently dishonest with their pricing, and completely unconcerned about customer safety or convenience. Avoid at all costs.
