My boyfriend and I booked this about 2 days in advance and go figure, we got the time wrong! We had booked for 11am instead of 12pm so we rushed to the venue and Parker was super helpful and accommodating. Our pilot Skylar was amazing and told us everything that we were seeing. He also takes great photos! Our flight was doors off which was perfect for the beautifully clear day! It was chilly so I would recommend bringing something warm. Mickey was also super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. An incredible experience for my boyfriend and I and would definitely recommend FlyNYON if you fancy a helicopter flight.

Booked a helicopter ride as a birthday surprise for my best friend, but what was supposed to be a special celebration turned into a huge disappointment. We arrived early, following their policy, but ended up waiting over 3 hours for our flight with no explanation or communication from staff. At one point, we were left standing outside in the sun with no shade while the helicopter was refueling. To make matters worse, a group that arrived after us boarded and flew before us, even though we were scheduled first. After trying to reach out multiple times to raise this concern, it took nearly a week to get a response, despite their promise of replying within 24 hours. The flight itself was nice, but with such poor customer service, zero communication, and strict policies penalizing financially customers for being late (while they offer no explanation or compensation when they’re late), I wouldn’t recommend this company - especially if you have a tight schedule or limited time in the city. Overall, flight was nice but disappointing experience.

If you’re a tourist and have limited time in the city, I would strongly recommend rethinking using this company as we wasted majority of our day waiting around to go on a 16 minute flight. The sights were great but were they great for the wasted 3.15 hours not mentioning the time to get there, I wouldn’t say so. The worst part, we have sent an email voicing our concerns to the company, it took several follow ups and nearly a week to get back to us, when their policy is reply within 24 hours.. This was my birthday surprise from my friends. The flight was nice, however there was a 2 hours delay before we went up in the air, we were left waiting an hour and half at the office and then another 30 mins in the blazing heat near the helicopter with no roof. No one communicated why there was a delay, no apologies or anything. There were 4 groups, we were meant to be the first and were allowed to board a helicopter last. A group that came after us got on and took off before us. For a company that had very strict rules regarding being on time, we’re really delayed without any consideration for the customer. As I said this was my birthday present and we had reservations back in the city which we had to cancel due to delays. Really poor customer service and no consideration for the customer who is a tourist and does not have unlimited time to be wasting most of the day waiting around.

This is by far the worst, most dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish, it was a scam. They lure you in with a glossy map showing two full shaded areas of coverage, making you believe you’ll actually fly over them. In reality, the flight only circles around those areas — never over them. The map should be a single thin line, not shaded zones, because that’s all you get: a quick loop on the outskirts. It’s designed to mislead. We deliberately booked the 9:00am slot for the best light and to plan the rest of our day, we’ve been told it would leave at 10 just the night before. Even then, we didn’t leave until 10:30. Zero respect for people’s time, zero accountability. Their headquarters is plastered with giant photos taken over Midtown Manhattan, and their social media is the same — endless shots from directly above the skyline and over the Statue of Liberty. None of that is real for paying customers. They don’t fly over Midtown. They don’t fly over the Statue. They stay far away and yet shamelessly advertise images that make it look otherwise. It’s false advertising, plain and simple. When we asked for a refund or even just the chance to re-do the flight properly, they refused outright. Instead of choosing dignity, they chose greed. They would rather pocket the money than deliver on what they sell. It’s insulting. This company is a disgrace to the industry. Overpriced, deceptive, and arrogant. They build their entire business on lies and manipulative marketing, and when confronted they double down instead of making it right. Avoid them at all costs. If you value your time, money, or basic honesty, stay far away.

Polecam. Najbezpieczniejsza firma oferująca lot nad Manhatanem. Co prawda z konta zniknęło mi po trzech dniach dodatkowo magicznie 5.99 USD i nie wiem za co (stąd gwiazdka mniej), ale warto było skorzystać z ich oferty. Lot był na godz. 21:20 i zaczepił o zachód słońca. Wrażenia na całe życie. Polecam.

❌ À fuir absolument. J’ai réservé un vol avec FlyNYON, payé plusieurs centaines de dollars, et malgré deux annulations de leur part pour cause météo, je n’ai eu aucun remboursement. Ils ne proposent qu’un avoir valable 12 mois, ce qui est totalement inutile quand on ne vit pas aux États-Unis. Pire encore : ils vendent une "assurance météo" à 100$ qui semble être une excuse pour ne jamais rembourser. On se retrouve à payer pour un service qu’ils n’ont pas rendu, et ils osent invoquer leurs conditions générales pour se défausser. J’ai tenté de discuter avec leur service client, qui ne répond que par des messages automatisés. Aucune empathie, aucun geste commercial. 🚨 Méthodes commerciales très discutables, service client inexistant, politique de remboursement abusive. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise — beaucoup d’autres compagnies à New York sont plus sérieuses et respectueuses des clients.

Ce sont des voleurs, OK l’annulation du vol faute problème météo, ça se comprend et ensuite il refuse de rembourser, il propose propose des avoir , je suis pas prêt de retourner à New York .. J’ai essayé de transférer ma place, mais demande un supplément énorme, plus de 700 $ pour transférer, c’est carrément du vol . Si d’aventure il me propose un remboursement, je vous ferai savoir et je changerai mon avis.

The flight was canceled due to bad weather. It was sunny that day, with no storms or wind. It was perfect for flying. They just wanted to keep the tourists' money. Be careful. It's a rip-off. Find another airline if you want to fly via New York. This company is a complete rip-off.
