The doors off helicopter ride for the July 4 fireworks was truly outstanding. Absolutely 100% worth it. People said that the video I took was better than the News coverage. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to ride with you guys again.

Tbh had a really bad experience don’t think will come back front desk lady was pretty rude and wasn’t helping us right we had a closed door flight at 6 and we got there at 5 and requested if we can get a open door they didn’t even listen to us and we rushed us to get on the flight before our flight which we choosen.

We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and the issues you encountered with our front desk and flight arrangements. We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel rushed and unheard, especially with your travel plans. We are looking into this matter to ensure such situations are avoided in the future.

We loved this!
We loved this!! I was worried a bit after reading some of the online reviews, and also after our initial flight was cancelled due to bad weather. However, the flight was quickly rescheduled for the time which was convenient for us. Customer service was great, the entire crew was so polite and friendly...16min flight with open doors was amaziiiing!!! everything was great and I higly recommend

Can't say enough good things about this…
Can't say enough good things about this experience. Extremely professional and fun crew, and was exciting for the family. Very focused on safety. Was also very informative when it came to reminders and potential weather issues, great communication. From the receptionists to our pilot Ralph, who was very fun, we had a great time. Will certainly look at doing this again when we're back in the region.
