The whole experience got ruined
The whole experience got ruined. We were waiting for the pilot to tell us when we can put our legs out and take pictures and videos like the other people did and posted on Instagram, but the pilot never told us to do it. I was very disappointed towards the end.

During the safety video's, it is mentioned that the passengers can stick out their feet at anytime unless takeoff and landing. Also, a customer service representative verbally addresses this after the video along with the pilot addressing this directive. If this was not clear, we apologize.
