I was very pleased with all aspects of this wonderful airlines. Before my return flight, my daughter was involved in an accident. She was recently post-operative when we began our return journey. She was still fragile and quite weak. I was absolutely floored by the attention they gave my daughter. They were absolutely amazing!

I have a fear of flying and I really enjoyed the flight from Norfolk to providence. A hour and 15 minutes flight no turbulence and excellent customer service by airlines host and the pilots. The plane seat was very comfortable. Very good

I had a Great Trip both ways with Breeze Airline, starting from the Gate agents especially Joahann at Bradley Airport! The Crew is extremely nice, they make you feel like family. I definitely will fly them again!! Tha

I used breeze twice and both flights were great. The legroom is far better than most large airlines. They had plenty of overhead space. No mandatory checked bags. Complementary water, coffee, or tea. Snacks are available for purchase, their veggi ramen soup is delicious. No TV on board however download the app for free WiFi and movies on your own device. We were delayed on ground due to lightening, (out of their control) and the crew was so attentive, they gave out water, and cookies while we waited. The crew is outstanding, very fun, personable. I can’t wait to fly with them again.

I had the best experience flying Breeze Airline Raleigh/Durham to portsmouth New Hampshire. the staff were very friendly and the flights were on time if not early. The plane was clean and the prices was excellent. Will be flying Breeze again.

I had a great experience with flybreeze they helped me through a very complicated circumstance when I missed my flights due to hospitalization and took my word for it even through text message. They provided me a full refund and helped me through the whole thing from getting my flight credits to the correct account to going over with me how to view them even though it was a flight I had purchased a month prior. They were extremely compassionate and told me they understand that things happen.thank you flybreeze !

We had a great experience on our entire flight today! The flight attendants, Kassie, Vivian, & Sydney were extremely kind and helpful! They really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was stress free! That’s always a bonus when you’re traveling with little kids! And of course, thank you to our captain and co-captain for getting us to our destination safely! We would definitely fly Breeze again! Thank you to the entire team we had today! Marie

Eric Fitzgerald was the best flight attendant I have ever had. He was so nice to everyone, especially the elderly. You really felt he loved what he did and sincerely enjoyed helping everyone.I ran market research centers around the world and certainly know a person with excellent customer service skills. I told him he should get into traing to show other attendants how to do the job. If I was still working, I would try to get him to work for me. Kathleen Miller .
