They don't have customer service that you can call and I reached out via FB chat and Text as they requested and the bots had me speaking in circles just for me to get left on read and no support was provided regarding my refund request when my flight got canceled due to the hurricane. Poor service and I don't see this airline being around long.

They nickel and dime you for everything. We upgraded to the best package on the way to our destination. On the way back we had the "Nicer" package which includes internet. On our way to the destination we just logged in and had internet. On the way back it was charging $8.00. OK, fine so there wasn't internet. The reason for my complaint is that Breeze's customer service is horrible. Told that even though I paid for a package that included internet they are not required to provide it. That was their apology. So, I bought a package that includes internet and customer service says they don't have to provide it. Where I come from that's called false advertising.

They overbooked my flight and told our family of 4 with two young girls we were not getting on the plane. It seems illegal to accept my money months in advance just to take seats away when convenient for them. The staff showed absolutely no concern that their next available flight was in two days. It was a clear "not my problem" response. They actually seemed to blame the 14 customers booted from the plane and then called the police on us. Fortunately, the police sided with the customer and they were also disgusted with the airline. They were late departing and returning.

This is my first experience with breeze flight. I don’t care how cheap these flights are. I will not work with this company. When going onto their site, they booked me in May when I needed to fly my daughter and son out April 8th they had no other options other than reimbursing me. So, my son missed taking his ACT testing for college. Now I would need to pay extra out of pocket to have him take his testing. The problem is the representative didn’t care, you can tell these are remote workers, and they do not have a customer call center number where you can speak to a live person. When reimbursing they only gave me half of the cost back, but yet I still have not received my reimbursement . It has been past 7 to 10 business days. I did not want to give this company a star at all because they do not deserve it. I am usually a Delta, American Airlines or Frontier customer and I will continue flying with them. Where’s my Reimbursement?

I’ve flown this airlines several times. Today I’ve flown out of Ogden, Utah, and it was a joke. I’m assuming some of the blame goes to the small airport, but imo it mainly goes to Breeze. Also, before this airlines opened for business, they should have equipped their planes with WiFi and had their application working properly.

Breeze has delayed us back/forth for the last 6 hours. The flight was supposed to be at 6:30pm, delayed to 8:15, then back to 6:45, delayed to 8:45, then 10:59, then 12:15, then 12:45 with an email at 9 saying we had to be at the airport by 9:30 to make it through TSA. Only to be told when we got there, it would probably be cancelled. We waited 45 mins at the airport and they announced the flight was cancelled. We are driving to Boston to catch another flight because we have jobs to get to. Breeze is still sending emails saying the flight is on its way. We just paid $1200 to get home on a new airline, paying for an extra day of rental car and a hotel. Breeze is only reimbursing $536 for flight. I understand delays, but this could have been handled and communicated much better. Airport attendants were frustrated and acted like this was a usual problem. I’d say avoid Breeze if you can!

The review a bit lower down was spot on. Cancel them before they cancel you. I used to promote breeze and their affordable airfare, new planes and direct flights. They have failed us more than not. They have significantly delayed me by hours late into the night or canceled more times than not. I have only had 1/5 flights with breeze that were seamless. This is super unfortunate to say. But they are causing us more problems. Trying to save money on their nice airfare is not actually nice. It’s a waste of time and money. If you’re flexible and don’t care when you fly or about getting canceled on, then fly breeze at your own risk. I really liked them but can’t afford to do this anymore. Rebooking last minute flights with my fiancé and I have cost us over $1,000 over the past months

most TERRIBLE experience on new years eve flight due to incompetence plus horrible attitude of gate check staff at SAN francisco flight especially supervisor VASITI which almost ruined our new year. a small bag was initially quoted 40$ then later 65$ and they wrongly put it as 32 LBS when it was 12 LBS plus Rushed us to board despite flight leaving 10 mins early. They flagged us to flight staff who did not even ask us water and kept observing us. contacting SMS helpdesk is a JOKE they do not care bit. AVOID BREEZE AT ALL COSTS. there are much better options to fly!
