Scam-like practices with no option to speak to an agent over the phone. Phishy text message responses. The owner and CEO uses the scammy method of operating at small airports where locals have no better option and takes advantage of them. Made a mistake to book once and will be last (large family, so loss for them). Advise to think twice before booking to make sure it is what you expect.

DO NOT FLY WORH THIS AIRLINE
DO NOT FLY WORH THIS AIRLINE. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Both my luggage were completely ruined on our return flight. There was no kiosk or representatives at the airport, we got in at 11pm. I FINALLY got a representative the next day who proceeded to tell me I had to inform them within 1 hour of receiving my damaged luggage. That wasn't possible as I mentioned there was no representative or kiosk at the airport we arrived in. The representative was also extremely rude and they stopped texting back with me as I was explaining my issue. This airline is a joke.

Breeze Airways = Bozo Airways
Breeze Airways = Bozo Airways.
I now know why David Neeleman got fired from JetBlue.
Traveling from Florida to NYC area for medical appointment. Flight is delayed multiple times. Note to management: stop lying to your customers. They are your life blood. I am unable to contact customer support or even book a second flight.

I would give a negative star for this…
I would give a negative star for this review if I could. There is only a text or email way to get answers and all you get are A.I. generic responses. No help at all. When you go online to check in, there are added fees and increased bag fees from what was posted while booking. I will never fly this airline again. It is corrupt more than I can describe.

Breeze Airways could be a game-changer, but...
Breeze Airways could be a game-changer. They’ve got modern, clean, efficient planes with comfortable seats and better-than-average snacks and drinks. But instead of setting themselves apart, they’ve chosen to torpedo their own reputation with abysmal customer service that makes even Spirit and Frontier look generous.
When you book a flight on Breeze, you’re rolling the dice and praying for a smooth trip. Because if something—anything—goes wrong, you’re stuck. No refunds. No meaningful compensation. No accountability. You might get a few expendable miles as a pity offering, but don’t expect a real resolution.
Customer service? Don’t make me laugh. There’s no phone support, just a painfully slow text-based system that feels designed to wear you down until you give up. Have a legitimate complaint? Good luck. Breeze isn’t listening.
It’s baffling. With just a shred of decent customer service, Breeze could leapfrog not just budget airlines but many major carriers, too. Instead, they’re sprinting in the wrong direction, dead set on proving that yes, things can get worse.
If only…

Forced me to miss my flight
They are supposed to accept checked bags for flights up until 45 minutes before departure. I got there 1.5 hours early, waited in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me that they stopped accepting bags and that I wouldn’t be able to check my bag. I still had an HOUR until my flight left. This caused me to miss my flight because I can’t just leave my bag at the airport. And the employee was fully yelling at me while I was trying to be calm and respectful and just ask why they stopped accepting bags 15 minutes early. They then proceeded to take off early, and there were multiple other people in line that missed that flight so I’m pretty sure they overbooked and closed the ticket counter early so they wouldn’t have to compensate people. The worst experience I’ve ever had with an airline, they looked understaffed which sucks but that is not an excuse to just disregard the rules.

Breeze Airways Review
On September 19, I booked a round-trip reservation with Breeze Airways for my wife and me for a business trip to Newburgh, New York. Our outbound flight (MX844) was scheduled for 4:00 PM, with an arrival time of 7:10 PM, and we planned to return on October 27 on flight MX845. I chose Breeze for the affordable fares and convenient routing into Newburgh.
However, just before departure, I received a notification that our flight would be delayed until 10:00 PM, meaning we’d arrive at 1:00 AM. This was a significant problem, as there were no transportation options upon arrival, and it was essential for us to reach Newburgh at the originally planned time. Ultimately, we had to book a last-minute flight with another airline into Newark, which is two hours from our destination, costing us $823.90. On top of that, we had to rent a car for another $221.75 to complete our trip.
In total, this delay cost us $1,045.65 in unplanned expenses. I reached out to Breeze Airways' customer support to request reimbursement, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. What should have been a simple travel plan turned into an expensive and frustrating ordeal.
Additionally, I discovered that even after flight MX844 was canceled, Breeze’s website continued to sell seats for that same flight. I believe this is fraudulent behavior, and I have documentation to prove it. This lack of transparency and accountability has eroded my trust in Breeze Airways.
Based on the unreliability and costly inconvenience we endured, I would not recommend this airline.
