FlybixReviews of flybix.com

I purchased a ticket to Houston through FlyBix to attend the 2026 FIFA World Cup. I was personally called in Curaçao by Mr. Garcia from FlyBix, who provided a complete explanation of the flight details. In addition, Mr. Garcia contacted me several times to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was well informed. One day before my return flight, Mr. Garcia called me again to check that everything was going well and to explain the details of the return journey. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Garcia and FlyBix for their excellent and highly personalized service. It is rare to experience such dedication and customer care. Thank you, Mr. Garcia, and thank you, FlyBix! Your professionalism and personal attention are greatly appreciated. By the way.. ticket was for a very good price! Jair Santos Goncalves from Curacao.

I had a very disappointing experience with Flybix. I purchased tickets , but I never received the tickets I paid for. Attempts to get assistance and resolve the issue were unsuccessful, leaving me without valid travel documents and out of the money I spent. I would not recommend using this service based on my experience. Be cautious and verify everything before making a purchase.Spoke to Jerry and Shawn Smith in regards to reservations they are both scammers

Smooth booking process, Lovely customer service, and always find what works best for you

My agent was so good and on top of things that it made my trip the easiness I’ve experienced!

Flybix help made my turnaround traveling trip a great experience & very helpful in so many ways & very affordable, I appreciate the agent that worked with me they call to confirm your booking & make sure all details are correct & walk you through the process while on phone with you, they find the best deals with airlines that you’re comfortable with & send all information through your email, the day before departure they call to check in with you & remind of your flight details which I find amazing & hospitable overall they’re wonderful company and definitely will be booking through them again & definitely recommend to others!

Although it is a process easy to be confused by it is something legit that works. Luis Garcia was always in contact with me to reassure me that everything will work out at perfection. Thank you

I expected the cost of the ticket to be cheap. It was not. I was told not to make changes within the airline’s app until I see a representative at the airline’s counter. I am glad that I made the necessary changes (select seat and added a bundle to the ticket) because the flight was a full flight and I would have missed the opportunity to select seats. The cost went from $260 to over $700.
