My experience with Flybix was globaly good, be award that the initial ticket was overbooked ticket, that the reason why the price was so attractive. One mistake done by Flybix is the 1st name of my wife has create a little strees during 1st flight but customer service was reactive. I think I will used again this company.

I loved using this website for the first time to fly out to charlotte. I would Like to appreciate deen for such an amazing assistance for my flight. He followed up and he added notes on my reservations and came up with solutions very quickly. Thank you so much and even sent me my boarding passes as well. I will use it often.

I did not like that I had to miss my original flight due to the company not providing my boarding passes before their closing time. Also they did not have an after hours number to call. After hours of calling and calling I finally got in touch with a supervisor that was able to rebook me another flight. Also my name was misspelled on both of my boarding passes.

Your airline confirmation number was sent to you by email, and in that same message we also provided clear step-by-step instructions on how to access your boarding pass. As per airline policy, boarding passes are not issued by third-party agencies — they must be downloaded directly by the passenger from the airline’s website or mobile app using the confirmation number provided. This is standard airline procedure and applies to all travelers regardless of who made the booking. Once online check-in opens, the boarding pass becomes available for download from the airline’s system. Since the confirmation number and download instructions were delivered to you in advance, the boarding pass was available to be accessed from the airline before the check-in deadline.

Dean was very nice I did have an issue with the departing flight to where I had to pay a difference and shouldn’t have had to. Dean did reimburse me though But I will definitely book again
