I have been waiting for a refund for around 10 months now with absolutely no resolution. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same generic copy-paste responses that go nowhere. No concrete timelines, no action — just empty replies. What makes this worse is that different representatives have told me different refund amounts, which is extremely concerning and completely unprofessional. No one seems to have a clear or consistent answer. At this point, I am starting to seriously question whether this is a legitimate business or something close to a semi-scam. I am currently owed refunds for five tickets, and despite endless follow-ups, I have received no money back at all. This situation is very alarming. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with this airline to be extremely careful.

Disappointing Premium Experience – Opulence Service Not Delivered We booked the Opulence Service for our return flight from Malé to Munich via Dubai on 7 January 2026, including first-row seats (1A and 1C), and paid a premium specifically for this experience. At boarding, we were moved to the third row without prior notice or consent, with the explanation that the original seats were “defective.” This is unacceptable for a paid premium product. If a service cannot be delivered as sold, customers should be informed in advance and compensated accordingly. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of a very poor flight experience: • Internet did not work • Headphones were defective • Drinks were requested but never delivered • Service was extremely slow and uncoordinated • Overall quality was far below any reasonable premium standard For a service marketed and priced as “Opulence,” this flight was deeply disappointing and did not meet even basic expectations. We are currently requesting a full refund of the Opulence Service and appropriate compensation. How BEYOND handles this complaint will strongly influence whether we ever consider flying with this airline again. At this point, we cannot recommend BEYOND for premium or business-class travel.

Unser Flug war im Januar 2025.. Der Flug hatte 12 Std. Verspätung. In einer Mail von Beond wurden uns 1200€ Entschädigung (2Pers.)zugesagt. Auch beim Rückflug gab es Probleme. Nicht nach München wie gebucht sondern nach Mailand. Wir haben diesen dann auch genommen und uns selbst um den Heimatflug gekümmert. Wenn wir uns auf Beond verlassen hätten würden wir immer noch in Mailand sitzen und warten. Genau wie auf unsere Entschädigung nun schon 1 Jahr lang. Geschriebene Mails ca . 55 immer mit vertröstenden Antworten. Es ist unglaublich. Ob überhaupt noch etwas erstattet wird ,ein großes???? Wir wären gern wieder mit Beond geflogen aber nach diesem Desaster haben wir es gelassen.

Abbiamo acquistato il 30 luglio due biglietti per il volo dalle Maldive a Milano in data 29/10. Il 30/09 con una mail ci hanno comunicato che il volo era annullato e che avrebbero restituito l'importo entro 45 giorni lavorativi. (in realtà il volo non era annullato ma la compagnia aveva la possibilità di vendere i nostri biglietti ad un prezzo più alto). Scaduti i 45 giorni, nonostante i nostri svariati solleciti, la compagnia non ha mai restituito l'importo dovuto e ad oggi siamo ancora in attesa di ricevere il rimborso. Sconsigliamo quindi di utilizzare questa compagnia

Wir sollten am 23.12.25 abfliegen. Wenigstens konnten wir in den Flieger steigen. Von innen sieht er aus, wie wennnein Heimwerker ein Wohnmobil innen selber ausstattet. Es kam nur bis zur Essensbestellung, dann durften wir wieder aussteigen, da ein Kerosenleck hatte😱! Wurden dann 5 Stunden am Flughafen vertröstet und wir konnten nicht Mal auf den Nachtflug der Emirates umbuchen! Heute fliegen wir mit EDELWEISS. Für uns ganz klar , lieber mehr bezahlen und sicher fliegen ! Mal sehen wieviel Nerven es uns kostet das Geld zurück zu erhalten! Fröhliche Weihnachten

Avevamo prenotato il volo Milano Male a novembre lo scorso anno e 5 giorni prima di partire ricevo un messaggio dicendo che per motivi commerciali il volo era cancellato. Li contatto e mi propongono di partire il giorno seguente da Milano per Monaco e da li per Male. Neanche per sogno!!! Contatto la mia agenzia (Alpitur) e mi trovano un volo sostitutivo il giorno stesso. Per fortuna non avevo riservato direttamente con loro altrimenti saremmo finiti come purtroppo vari prima di noi.
