I own two FLX ebikes, the Blade2 and the Babymaker. Ordered the BM while researching eMTBs and then shortly thereafter ordered my Blade2. I’m not new to ebikes having ridden an iZip Dash and a Haibaike 9S enduro. The Blade came on time and is a great bike, everything I wanted. The BM was three months late which was no big deal, however the moderator on their FB page is enough to ruin any relationship with the company ... not a path to choose in this era of heightened customer service. It seems they have recently sidelined him, hence my four stars. Would be five stars if this gentleman and I had never crossed paths, maybe two or three if he was still around.
