A complete scam! Seriously very basic self help content in fancy packaging. Nothing new if you do a bit of self development. Outrageous price for what is is. The personal calls are 30 min not 45 as they originally advertise. Big scam overall. Stay away!

The Flow Research Collectives course Zero to Dangerous is the most fun, relevant and slick educational process I have ever engaged in. I am in Awe at the breadth and depth of their passionate research and their refined collective efforts. I am wholeheartedly impressed :)

I loved every part of the FRC High Flow Coaching course after completing Zero to Dangerous prior. The FRC coaches, content and practical tools is second to none and I am excited to take this experience and knowledge and share with my clients. Thank you FRC.

Practical, powerful and highly implementable advice along with the structure and support to implement and maintain.

Very dense in content and fast-paced, but hugely impactful and learned loads. And still a big chunk of material waiting to be read or re-read, and looking forward to go back into it, be it for refreshing the memory or diving deeper into a certain topic. The platform is great and the material is top.

There is a lot to learn but they break it up into manageable chunks. It is great that they allow you to go back and review and complete sessions. I also like the bonus videos and training.
