The community is hands down worth the price of admission alone. It was gracefully challenging and productive. It really helped me to get clear and focussed on my goals with a real sense understanding how to apply the keystones of peak performance.

Since October 2023, I've been learning how to coach people to use flow, whilst being in flow, both individually and in a group situation. This is my third Flow Research Collective course and I think I have enjoyed it the most. I feel now that something that's useful and of worth will come from pursuing this idea. It is intensive and yet fun. I loved being with my talented and friendly cohort, and hope to remain in contact with many of them. FRC is that kind of place. The course information was terrific, and has deepened and strengthened my knowledge and practice of flow. I completed Zero to Dangerous two years ago, and the two courses make a fabulous foundation for utilizing flow in all aspects of life.

The High Flow Coaching experience has been life-changing. I took this programme on the back of Zero to Dangerous. HFC helped me embody the material. I have come away with enough tools to head out into the world of coaching and appreciate the opportunity to stay connected with the group and the material. I consider myself fortunate, I am deeply grateful to my amazing coach, Michel and fellow participants.

This program was extremely impactful in my life. We learned an incredible amount of information, but also spent time practicing how to use that information and make it real. It is an incredible blend of education and application.

The Flow research collective and the High flow coaching training have excellent coaches that support us through the training and process. There is a wealth of knowledge, resources, tools, docs that is shared to us to be able to go deeper in the area we are motivated. Our coach created top notch safety and group flow in the container every week, that was fundamental for me to have a space to experiment, learn, try new things and be motivated to achieve my goals. I learned so much about Flow and how to increase flow from scientifically and by doing. Big thanks to the Flow Research Collective.

The Flow Research Collective is legit! They consistently over-deliver on value, content, and insights in all their courses. I have taken Flow for Writers, Zero to Dangerous, and High Flow Coaching, and can say that these experiences have been life changing in defining my career shift from corporate exec to a high performance coach, significantly increasing my productivity, and building a lifestyle conducive to having more flow.

The combined self-learning, peer learning, and coaching sessions made this program great. The added material on deep dives of topics related to neuroscience, mindfulness, flow blockers, and how to harness flow took it to a new level.
