We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and that you were unable to find the right fit after trying several pairs. While the shoes ordered were labeled in the requested extra-wide widths, fit can vary significantly by manufacturer, style, construction, and the shoe last used. Because of this, a 6E, 8E, or 9E in one style may fit quite differently from the same width in another. If you’d like assistance finding a shoe that may work better for you, please contact our customer support specialists.
