Returned slippers were credited to someone elses credit card. Terrible, NO resolution yet

Terrible place!! They took my money and never had a record of it. I had to call my bank dispute line to get refunded.

I ordered a pair of shoes almost a month ago. I have yet to receive them. I called and was told they were back ordered and would be in the store next week. 2 weeks later I got an email saying that they had been shipped by UPS but UPS shows even today that they have not received the package. I have sent 3 emails with no answer to any of them. Their addresses are a storage unit lot and a UPS store. I feel like it's a scam store.

Bought a pair of sandals but they didn't fit. Turns out I waited too long to return (household emergency with flooring damage so I missed returning until too late). Will not buy from again.

I ordered an ankle brace and they refused to accept the return because it was worn. I had to wear it (1 time) to see if it fixed the problem. Tim C
