Generally, I have good luck with Flowfeet merchandise. More importantly, they were about the only place that has my shoe size And my Shoe width. I Recommend that they carry more extremely wide and large shoes sizes… Such as men’s size 16, 17, 18, etc., and as wide shoes they can get: such as 9E Wide. Perhaps you can convince other manufacturers to produce more shoes in those sizes?

The shoes I bought turned out to be too narrow. (I have very wide feet!) FlowFeet has been quite helpful in showing me how to return them.

I wanted to return my shoes. There was no return slip in the box the shoes came in. There should have been. I checked the website and there was a link to generate a return label. I clicked on the link and it would not generate a return label for my order. Then I had to send an e-mail or call. I sent an e-mail and did get a quick response. I feel that the return process could have been much easier if their own processes they had set up would have been followed and functioning.

I dealt with a Flow Feet staffer and he did a good job at resolving a small issue. The pair of walking shoes was a replacement for a pair just like them I liked but they showed sole wear sooner than I expected.

I like faster delivery and an upgrade to your website to be comparable to Amazon. As far as shoes purchased - they were Orthofeet and they are great. Thank you for your prompt responses to my concerns but website upgrade would be even better.
