I order 100 roses for my wedding and the roses arrived dry, dead I was not able to use them on my wedding after calling and emailing the company they refuse to refund me or resend the roses my wedding decor was ruined and they didn't even apologize to me instead they told me that there was nothing they can do for me ...horrible company and customer service well not my favo6

Worst experience ever with online flowers! Ordered floral for a wedding and what I got was brown and smashed. Looked nothing like what I ordered! Customer service is a joke! They did nothing to help and would not even call me back! They sent emails after they had closed and made it impossible to communicate in real time! Cost me an extra $200 to find a replacement. Find your flowers elsewhere!

I had high hopes for the company. I usually order my flowers from the bouqs, but decided to try this company. Well that was a huge mistake. Most flower companies overnight the flowers so they arrive in excellent condition. This company shipped them 4 days earlier then the date I requested. Which means they have been in FedEx limbo for 4 days...no doubt they will not arrive in excellent condition. And have been trying to get on the website for two days to leave a review and get the number for customer service, but it for some strange reason it is no longer working. Please stay away from this company and if you want beautiful flowers order the from the bouqs.

Horrible company, shady practices, and abysmal customer service. Don't waste your time or money here. I still do not have the flowers I ordered, a week after the delivery date. This company refuses to refund me because of what they view is "implied", not actually stated in their terms of service.

Don’t do it! I ordered 20 dahlias, 9 days before delivery date, then received a call that the dahlias are not healthy and the only replacement was 36 white roses, which btw, cost $15 cheaper. Refused to refund the difference. Flowers have been in Tennessee for 5 days and are suppose to be delivered to Seattle today. No refund. Told to review the terms and agreement which allows them to do this. they take zero responsibility for delayed or dead flowers. Stay away. This is a scam

This is the second order in a row that was not delivered on the day requested. I ordered 3 weeks prior to the date needed. Customer service is horrible. Very unsympathetic and rude.

Never buy flowers from this place! If you want your flowers to arrive at all.. look elsewhere. I ordered 2 dozen roses a full 20 days before Valentine’s Day and was supposed to have them delivered 4 days before actual Valentine’s Day and instead of flowers I received an email saying that the flowers were not coming and my order was cancelled due to a delay in airlines.. I called fed ex international priority direct distribution and they informed me there were no delays. So all Flower Explosion will sell you is lies and disappointment. Do not trust this company if you need your l flowers on time or for any special occasion. They won’t come
