Do not buy anything from this company, they do not stand behind the customer, no customer service. Ordered Easter Roses supposed to be delivered 03/29/2024 wasn’t delivered until 04/01/2024 customs held the delivery, Fed Ex called me , Flower Explosions tried to say it was weather delayed and that was beyond their control, only after they found out I threw the delivery away did they say I could have taken pictures of the flowers and the shipping label and the could have possibly exchanged the product. I told them I’ve three 84.00 dollars away before and would probably throw that away again, but I promised them not with their company, sorry company, sorry customer service. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Disappointed and dissatisfied. D. Locklear

I ordered flowers for March 29th, but they were not delivered until April 1st. When I finally received the flowers, they were in terrible condition.

My experience with Flowers Explosion Was horrible. I ordered 24 Black Opal Roses. It asked me the date that I needed the roses by and they sent the roses two days earlier which wasn’t my actual address because I was sending them to a hotel as a birthday surprise. Once I opened the box the flowers only had 12 in it when I paid for 24. I emailed and asked for the 24 to be sent to my address. I didn’t specifically say which roses I needed but common sense would tell you to send the same roses back with 24. They sent the wrong roses and I asked for a refund and management stated there would be no refund due to me not stating I wanted to same roses. This was a horrible experience DON’T ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered roses for valentines day. Shipped 5 days ahead of valentines day from Ecuador to PA. Arrived at 9:25AM on valentines day dried out and with brown tips. Immediately cut and placed them in water with the packets they were shipped with. Gave them to my wife who was appreciative and said not to worry about it. I was upset by how they looked and assumed she was being nice. I found her that evening cutting them again and throwing out the worst off ones. Embarresed, I tried calling flower explosion, number went to voicemail. Left a voicemail. Sent an email as well as the voicemail cutoff part way through. Following day I get an email saying that the roses were delivered and that if there was a problem, it was because I needed to unpack them immediately, cut them, and put them in water with the packets. Well good news "support" team, that's what I did, here are some time stamped pictures I took at 9:34AM showing just that. Glad I work from home, so they don't have that excuse to use on me... To which they replied, those flowers look fine and reiterated that I needed to cut and put them in a vase with the packets (ignoring that I'd already told them that I did that). Fine. No more argument from me. You think wilted, brown tipped flowers look good? You want to try to blame the customer for a delay in unpacking when the product shipped for 4 days? Sure the 9 minutes from the moment it left my doorstep to when I put it in the vase is when the issue happened. Never again will I order from these guys. Never had a problem with any other online flower shop.

I ordered my flowers. I got them today and I’m so disappointed they were supposed to manjar And they’re just pink painted on just the three outer petals 😡 Mostly disappointed , this is definitely false advertisement I get that only certain flowers grow all the time so if you don’t have them available, why would you list them on the site? I’m mostly mad because I do flower preservation and I was really hoping to use you guys in the future and I don’t know what to do because I don’t need pink flowers. That’s why I didn’t buy pink flowers but I can’t press this with the paint that you guys put on because it’ll just melt. I wish it would let me add photos, but they painted the outside petals oranges because it was supposed to be a fall brown color - the roses are pink they didn’t even paint more than one layer so it’s just the guard petals that are painted- which are the ones that are beat up that you normally peel off and throw away.

Wonderful! Flowers arrived safe and sound and best price around. Will definitely use again and she loved the 50 flowers for her 50th!

Horrible experience. Flowers were shipped late and crushed by the straps on the packaging.

I received 50 roses as a gift. They were dry and dead. Eight of them broken. I contacted customer service and they said I did do a good care of the flowers. Seriously?
