Do not order from this company. The website is misleading. The prices seem fair when looking through the options, but by the time you get through the checkout, you discovered that $30+ of additional charges have magically been added to your total. I only ordered because I had a $50 rebate from a previous order. Turns out, the rebate can only be used for a maximum of $30. Hmm. A $50 rebate is maxed out at $30... So instead of $101 for an originally $50 bouquet, I paid $80 for a tiny withering bunch of flowers. I attempted to contact their customer service many times. They offered more $50 ($30) credits and rebates. I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone. Continue your search elsewhere. I should have read reviews first.

I ordered a $63 bouquet (supposedly on sale from regular price of $93). By the time all the fees were added in, my total bill was $105, a ridiculous 67% increase over the cost of the bouquet. I paid an upcharge for same day delivery (this was on a Monday). When the flowers had not been received on Wednesday, I contacted customer service twice by phone and twice by email to cancel the order. They would not cancel. Flowers were finally delivered Saturday. FIVE DAYS LATE, and four days past the funeral. I had to go through my credit card to file a dispute and get my money back. This business has no business being in business.

Ordered from them b/c 800 Flowers was going to take two days to get flowers to friend in hospital. Site shows favorable reviews & endorsement from GOOGLE - ALL BOGUS, after being hit with $35 added charges, tried to leave review warning other shoppers - could not add review! Found this site with 90% VERY unfavorable reviews. Here 4 days after order and paying for same day still no flowers. RUN RUN AWAY

Order Gathering VS Local Florist... I will NEVER make this mistake again!!! This company has turned something sweet and turned it into a nightmare! I wanted flowers delivered to my wife... that's it! No Holiday; no 'peak' situation. I spent the money for same day delivery... the tracking says, "LDN" - that's it!!! What does this mean?! Ha... so I call (wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy) the person that answers the phone know as much as I do. This is not a reputable company or situation. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this experience... DAY 3 still no flowers; no call back; no refund; just silence!!!

My wife ordered by phone, she called a number which is thought was a local florist we have dealt with in the past. Somehow she was redirected to this scam artist! We first suspected something wrong when I received an email saying the order was delayed. We had not checked the email as the order had been placed, not on the computer but by telephone. We are not computer people! We assumed the local florist outsourced out of town deliveries to a call center but when she called the local florist she was told they handle all out of area orders themselves and had never heard of flowerdeliveryexpress.com. Now knowing it was a email company I tried their "track your order" What a joke! We ordered flowers for a funeral service on Saturday, ordered on Friday and was promised, and paid for, same day delivery, All I can get from the tracking is that the order has been sent to a design specialist. The service is today! If the flowers are not delivered in time for the service I will call my credit card company and dispute the charges! My advice? Go on the internet for the community you wish the flowers delivered to: find a "local to that area" florist, pay by credit card and rest assured. Never trust this company

I paid for same day delivery for a Thursday. The flowers were not delivered on Thursday. They were not delivered Friday or Saturday. I ad difficulty contacting the service. They hung up on me, forwarded me to a waiting message, or sent me to an answering service to leave a message. I complained Thursday when the flowers were not delivered. I received an e-mail Saturday evening saying the delivery was delayed. That isn't the way floral deliveries work. I wanted them delivered Thursday. I stupidly believed the same day promise. This is just not a reputable company. Read recent other reviews for confirmation of my truth. I cancelled my credit card because it was compromised.

I'll know in a few hours whether or not I've been totally scammed, but these idiots can't trace my order. Their fees are exorbitant and unexpected, and noW I think I'm out $100, PLUS I've disappointed family. DON'T GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!
