Excellent location, cleanliness, & communication.

We (2 adults 1child) spent the week of Thanksgiving here and had an incredible visit! It can tricky traveling with a little one afraid of the adjustment away from home, but we had everything possible to make our stay comfortable and so enjoyable. The gorgeous kitchen had every appliance we needed to cook and maintain our “menu” from home for quick breakfast and lunches. Plenty of towels and drawer space in the bathroom. The location is prime for some great local spots and a short drive to Clearwater! The home was so clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location can’t beat with the short 2 minute walk to the ocean over the most scenic bridge. There were sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, bookie boards, and a wagon to pack up and set up for the day in the sand!! We had our evenings comfortable in the living room and were able to connect our switch to the tv to play games, have the kitchen for snacks right there, and washer/dryer to get our mid week wash in. The location, convenience, and supplies for a week away was more than I could have asked for. We will be back!!

The home was beautiful and exceeded all of our expectation. Perfect for 4 women on a week long vacation. Very clean and came equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely use this home again on future trips.

We just had the best vacation ever, and a big part of it was because we chose the Ohana Gathering House. The property is excellent, with tons of space, and was absolutely *immaculate*. We had 6 adults, 1 teen, and 3 kids and everybody had room to get away for quiet time, or to gather and socialize in the game room, pool area, or the very large living room. And there's bathrooms galore, so nobody ever has to wait for one to open up. The kids absoutely loved the pool and the air hockey table, and the hot tub got a lot of use by the adults. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked with every kind of pot, pan, or utensil you could want. We made a lot of meals and got to eat together as a big family crowd. Also, I cannot say enough good things about the owner David. If you have any questions or comments you can email him and he responds immediately, every time. There are lots of companies or establishments that will say they care about their guests, but you can absolutely count on it here. Huge thumbs up all around for Ohana, the property management team, and the owners.

beautiful clean and great customer service

This house is beautiful and the big backyard with a pool makes it even better. It's nice to be able to watch the outdoor TV from the pool. Our hosts were great and available for questions. The location is great because it is close to so many great restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. It's a great spot with plenty of room for a family or anyone just looking for the perfect place to relax. We didn't want to leave but are already looking for dates to go back!

The pool / jacuzzi combo was really great...check in was great with a meeting the next morning to go over everything.

We found this condo on Florida Rentals and thought it was too good to be true. We requested a quote from the owner and received a quick response. We locked in the dates and we were looking forward to seeing the condo within 2 weeks of reservation. I can’t help but believe that working through Florida Rentals to get directly to the owner saved us some money in service fees that other third party booking companies generally charge. The owner was extremely friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to all inquiries. We’ve stayed at many places on the northwest coast of Florida (PCB, FWB). First time to Navarre Beach. Walking into the condo, it was love at first sight!! It is beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities and the wraparound balcony was a big plus! The building is right next to the public pier which was a great feature. The resort was safe and secure with security onsite. The private beach, 3 pools, 3 hot tubs and reserved parking was all part of what made our stay at this resort absolutely perfect. Fell in love with the condo, great food at the local restaurants, wonderful shopping opportunities and gorgeous beaches. Have every intention of going back to stay in this condo with the ‘heavenly views’!! P.S. Another nice touch was, rather than a guest book to sign, on the coffee table was a bucket of shells that you could find a shell you like and write something on it. Loved that!!
