What a pleasant surprise. Condo is nicely updated and clean as a whistle. It was AMAZING staying right on the beach. Take the elevator down to the parking garage and walk right out to the beach. LOVED having the full kitchen--very well stocked. Joyce was a great communicator; always very responsive whenever I reached out. Can't wait to come back !!!

John was great to deal with.

Great place. Close to everything.

Perfect month of rest and relaxation in this beautiful home--so very well appointed. Homeowner provides all the essentials from toilet paper to beach towels. She was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

Heavenly home. Warm and the comforts of home. Never had such a serene vacation. Half a block from the beach, an upper and lower deck. One to view the sunrise, sunset and the beautiful water. The lower deck swing is such fun watching Mr and Mrs squirrel scampering the fences, birds singing and butterflies and dragonflies going flower to air. Being half a block to Thomas's restaurant was too delicious. Two blocks to walk to the Carousel grocery store where the staff was so friendly and helpful was super nice. I was so happy here. Thank you to Mr. Wise. He is just the best landlord ever.

Excellent villa in a great area. Everything you could think of in the villa can’t wait to come back.

The Sand on the Shack was magical and inspiring! The sunsets, local, and beach left us rested and relaxed.

My husband, 4 children and I stayed in this wonderful home fall Nov 2023. We had an amazing time! This is one of the best VRBO I have ever stayed in! My husband and I could not think of one thing to suggest to the owner when she asked if it needed any improvements! It was absolutely perfect! They have thought of everything! The hand held vacuum, along with several other vacuum options, the stool for the kids in the bathroom, heated pool, a Keurig, drip & French press as coffee options, fully stocked kitchen, places to hang your towels in the bathroom, tons of toys for the kids (inside and for the pool), plenty of towels, sheets etc., nice quality lounge chairs and all furniture was in great condition! There were umbrellas outside and the TV outside was nice so we could play music on it, all so perfect! Also everything was very clean!! It is perfectly located in the lower keys, some of our favorite restaurants weren’t too far and our fav coffee shop was right there, the morning joint ☕️ There is also a small grocery store close by, Murray’s Market. The owner was easy to contact, she sent a sweet email before our stay and I was able to text her with anything I needed or questions I had even before we arrived. Thank you Morgan 😁 We will definitely share your beautiful home with others and we will be back!
