I love the product but...
I love the product. It was a little difficult and took several days to connect by phone because I had two questions and time was running out, flip flopping calls because lines were busy at the times I called over two days. The girl was sweet and helpful when she did call back. By then I had to pay $40. for express shipping. Also , although she wrapped it as a gift as I requested, the prices were left on the invoices. There was no way on the checkout site to indicate to wrap the two sets in two separate boxes.

I love the quality of Florence Eiseman .I try to find matching for a girl and a boy and have had difficulty so that is why it only got a four !!!a lot of times the sale or they’re not making matching for siblings any longer
