I have been buying this brand for years and love the style & quality. It is a splurge, so I’m not happy about paying for shipping.

My reward points expire today—the date is clearly listed on my reward summary. But the rewards are also listed as already expired (mid afternoon not ‘after business hours’) so not available to use. Why bother with a reward system if it doesn’t work as indicated on the website?

Site is not easy to navigate with multiple screens, e.g. “girl’s swim suit size 6.” Requires multiple back and forth scrolling.

The cutest clothes but for the prices it should be free shipping for everything, no minimum.

There needs to be an upgrade to the filter. When I filtered on two sizes at the same time, it only back results for items that had BOTH sizes in stock at the same time. I had to filter 3T and 4T separately to get the maximum results.
