Actually I have always been beyond pleased w FE. This order was not up to par. Items one for a boy and one for a girl - obviously two gifts - arrived in the same box. In addition the items were a little linty.

Hi Doris- Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We always try to provide the best gifting service to our customers. We apologize for not wrapping the gifts separately. This situation makes us aware that we need to improve our checkout system when purchasing multiple gifts. Please also know we stand behind our clothing, and we would be happy to exchange the jumper for you. If at any time anyone feels the items are not first quality we always encourage them to be returned or exchanged. Thank you again for reaching out to us and being such a loyal customer. Sincerely, The Florence Eiseman Team

I have loved Florence Eiseman clothes for my children for years. However, I recently ordered a velvet dress and the velvet was awful. I am shocked at the poor quality. I have left five voicemails to customer service and sent an email to return and have heard nothing. I am extremely disappointed in the entire experience from a company I have loved and trusted for years.

Great clothing for children. They are made so well and are different than what is available in most stores.
