I ordered these items on 12/29. I have yet to receive any notice that they have shipped. I did receive a notice that a shipping label had been created, but nothing since then.

Hello Susan- Thank you for your order. I am sorry you are waiting for your package. The tracking says it left our warehouse on Dec. 2nd and you should be receiving it today. We have been experiencing a few delays, but thankfully everyone is getting their packages delivered. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Enjoy the holiday season~ The Florence Eiseman Team

These clothes are top notch and timeless classics. I bought holiday dresses for my four daughters and could not be happier!

Company is always professional and if there is an issue they do not hesitate to contact the individual and offer substitutes. In addition they applied a sale price that went into effect after the order date. This company goes out of their way to make shopping effortless. The quality of their merchandise can only be subscribed as excellent quality.

I REALLY DIDN'T REALIZE WHEN I PURCHASED THESE DRESSES THAT THEY COULD NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. IT'S MY UNFORTUNATE MISUNDERSTANDING. THEY DON'T FIT SO I'M NOW GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO A CONSIGNMENT SHOP.
