Floor to Ceiling Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of floortoceilingcarpetone.com

My wife and I have contracted Floor to Ceiling Carpet One Floor & Home twice for our home improvement projects and would recommend this company to anyone, without hesitation. Excellent staff to work with, Five-star quality of materials and on-time delivery & installation. Mark & Kathy Bestul

I am not one to read home decor magazines or watch HGTV so when my husband and I decided it was time to begin a home update I needed an educated guide. Karen Skauge at the Fargo Floor to Ceiling was wonderful to hear our hearts for our home and suggest ideas in keeping with our desires with wonderful limited options to choose from. I was not overwhelmed with choices taking time and energy because she understood what we wanted. The design she and her assistant Kayla came up with to enlarge our kitchen, dinette and laundry area, open the back closet area and update the powder room were perfect for our existing home. They worked with our funny little things like designing a bar around the laundry area and keeping a gadget drawer under the sink. The general contractor, Dan Savageau, has a good working relationship with Karen and Floor to Ceiling so there were no hiccups in relationship building to get me the best work they could do. Dan was very professional and well respected by the subcontractors. Once the job began there was someone here most every day with jobs being done. It was very well organized and the workmanship exemplary.

Mark Jensen was the best. His attention to detail was outstanding. He was always available for questions and returned phone calls and emails right away. We are so pleased with the final product. We would highly recomend Floor to Ceiling and Mark Jensen.

Mark Jensen did a great job of offering advice and helping us select a product. What shop here again!

Wes was very helpful and did not push any one product. He simply explained to us the differences and let us choose. He also worked with us to get the estimate and installation set up "long distance". That was very helpful.

We couldn't be more happy with Carpet One. From our initial visit shopping for floor types, to the final installation. Josh was a no pressure salesman and listened to us in what we were looking for in a floor. It took my wife and I a few months before we were ready to make our purchase, but never felt inclined or pressured. I really think he delivered. Troy and his group of installers were amazing. They walked me through some of the issues we could run into during installs and worked with me on how we could address them, especially with installation on our stairs. Him and his crew really know what they are doing. They showed up at 8am on the dot, which I appreciate as it's hard for many people in today's age to keep commitments. They also left our place clean after completion. I would recommend Carper One and their installation crew to anyone who has a project coming up.

Karen Skauge from Floor-to-Ceiling was our sales person/planner from the idea stage to the completion. Her in-depth product knowledge was very impressive. Anytime a question or a change of layout plan was brought up, she handled it with ease and assurance. Dan S., Tim B., Jim & Eli, and Troy were all a part of the install team. They did a great job and all was done timely with great attention to detail. We are very happy with how the new kitchen remodel, flooring, carpet and bathrooms turned out.

Everyone was great to work with. Our salesman Mark was very patient in helping us find the flooring that worked the best and fit our budget.
