Floor to Ceiling Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of floortoceilingcarpetone.com

Wes was great to work with!

They arrived when they said they were scheduled. Installers were very professional. Called me with questions to verify versus just installing. Cleaned up very well after they were complete. Office staff was enjoyable to work with and helpful with their product knowledge and experience.

We had a great experience with Floor to Ceiling. Karen was very helpful and the carpet installers were absolutely wonderful, they were so professional and did a great job. My only concern was the time that we had to wait after our carpet was ordered and the time that it was installed, but I realize that you do a lot of business and this is probably a very busy time of year.

I received excellent service from Joann Ford/Sevald. She provided me with top-notch recommendations, design tips, and a variety of samples that made picking out the materials for my home easy and fun! I really appreciate all of her help.

Mark at Floor to Ceiling was very helpful with our tile and carpet selections and he then lined up a top notch installation crew. The end result is a beautiful finishing touch to our remodeling projects. Thank you!

Mark Jenson was a pleasure to work with! Great customer experience.

We enjoyed working with Mark, Krystal, & Preston on our remodeling projects. The carpet and flooring looks great & the carpet we chose is very soft. The kitchen is amazing. We love the white cabinets, the counter-tops look great, and the backsplash is beautiful. Mark & Krystal answered all of our questions and did a wonderful job guiding us through this process. Thanks for everything! --Brooke & Bryan

Everyone I worked with at Floor to Ceiling Carpet One in Fargo was a true professional. Any questions I had or concerns I had were properly addressed. Mark Jensen, my sales associate, was in continuous contact with me. The team of installers headed by Eli, were excellent to work with. All were very pleasant and professional. I truly have no reservations about recommending this company to my friends and family.
