FlooretReviews of flooret.com

This company is not truthful. They boast their "green" status regarding manufacturing and sustainability, however, I stopped by their warehouse in WA and I witnessed the employees throwing recyclables in a large bin marked "trash only." Coke cans, plastic drink bottles, etc. Total scam.

Starting from Trustpilot I thought I would check out the flooret web store. Found the floor visualizer (great idea), took picts. Every upload complains 'make floor more visible' and is broken. Two of my picts have much more floor showing than theirs do! fyi - this tool is nice but broken.

I ordered several boxes of different types of flooring from Flooret so that I could choose the correct color and style. I was encouraged by a Flooret rep to do that, saying, "it's a great way to choose the right color". After purchasing 5 different boxes, I was told I could not return them after opening them by the same rep. Just terrible service. I was about to order 2,000 sq/ft of flooring from them and they refused to make it right. It was very disappointing. I was really excited about the company and the product, but after that experience, I could not bring myself to give them another dime of my money.

Ordered $3000 worth of flooring in August with the expectation that it would be delivered in October. October came and went and nothing was delivered. The delivery time was then pushed back to mid-November. About a week and a half before the scheduled delivery time, I contacted customer service to make sure everything was on schedule to be delivered this time. They told me everything was on track to be delivered. November rolled around and now all of a sudden they are telling me the flooring won't be delivered until late January or early February, about 6 months after I ordered it! This is for a rental property, and I cannot lose six months of rental income because there is no floor. I have redone the entire property, and this is the only thing that has been delayed. I understand we are in a pandemic, which is why I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the original delay, but to be told that everything was on schedule and at the last minute get told that I would have to wait 3 more months was not what I would call exceptional customer service. I even offered to accept one of the other colors, but they wanted to charge me extra despite that not being the color or size I originally wanted. Their products look good online, but good luck actually receiving them...

Very disappointed in the customer service from Brian. He gave me false information and now I cannot wait the 2 months for the product to come in. I liked 2 of the new colors that came out in November and was torn on which one to order. Brian said they did a photo shoot showing pictures of the flooring down and would be available to see in December....which they never were. I just called today, 1/28, they still do not have the photos from the shoot and the 2 colors I am interested in are backordered till the beginning of April. Because my project cannot wait that long I have to go back out and shop for another brand floor that is available in February. My advise Is do not deal with Brian!

I cannot recommend Flooret. We had their flooring professionally installed (floating) in our kids' playroom about 3 years ago - nearly 1000 square feet of product. I reached out to Flooret a couple of weeks ago because we had planks separating at the sides. Flooret's initial response was to suggest that I glue down the separating planks. When I pushed back on that, they offered to send an inspector. The inspector's report states that the gaps were caused by an installation problem because the tolerance for level on this flooring is only 12/64" difference in a 10 foot span. The inspector managed to locate FIVE instances of areas exceeding this standard (none of them by more than 4/64" or 1/16") - OVER NEARLY 1000 SQUARE FEET. So, Flooret now recommends that we "simply apply a wood filler in the gaps that is in a matching color." That's not an acceptable fix. If the flooring is moving because the interlocking installation system is defective, there's no way filler won't simply "pop out." Really disappointing and a very expensive mistake to choose Flooret. So much for a lifetime residential warranty.
