FlodeskReviews of flodesk.com

A friend recommended Flodesk and I signed up for the free 14 day trial. I found it very easy to use, with beautiful easy to customise templates and great advice for novices. I am very happy to use it to build a mailing list and to create my newsletter. It seems a bit expensive as the price increases according to the number of subscribers. But I will cross that bridge when I get there.

Price is unbeatable and the emails are so easy to craft with the existing templates. Makes it simple for busy business owners who aren't tech-savvy! I also like that they have a Checkouts feature, which has been really easy to set up and use as well. I find email promotion (for digital products) to be the best way to make sales, and Flodesk has helped so much with achieving that.

I joined Flodesk late 2025 and I have been loving it ever since. Not only does it make my personal brand look professional. Sending emails is super easy and I love how simple it is to create a workflow for each different segment. The color coding settings for segmenting your audience is fabulous and you can add different actions to every step of the email sequence. Best investment ever I really, really love it. The other thing I love is it recently connected to Canva so now I can edit all my images for my emails and forms directly in Canva saves me so much time it's fabulous.

I've used Flodesk since it was in beta. I have been in business for 15 years and didn't start taking email marketing seriously until I discovered Flodesk. Before, all the email marketing systems I tried were clunky, or basic, or boring with the customizations you could make. Or it felt like pulling teeth trying to figure out how to set up a workflow automation. Or, those workflow automations were only for the more expensive tier. I really love Flodesk because you have full creative control over the look of your email marketing, with the ease of drag-and-drop customization, and it's simple to set up an automation or lead magnet sequence. You can even sell directly from your emails if you have digital products or resources. It's never been easier or more accessible for small businesses (hello, solopreneurs) to have a robust and thriving email list. Since using Flodesk, I have grown my email list to 900+ subscribers, which may not sound like a lot, but I'm a local business - a photographer - and I don't need thousands of subscribers. When people ask me what email marketing platform I recommend, it's always Flodesk first. I think it's the easiest for someone who is starting an email list for their business and looking to stay connected with their audience. And it's the best for having beautiful emails. Plus the team behind Flodesk is great and Flodesk was founded by women.

I’ve used Flodesk since the beta days, and it’s still the email platform I recommend most often. I work in branding and web design, so visuals matter to me, and Flodesk was one of the first email platforms that felt really beautiful without also feeling confusing. It was easy to get in, figure out, and actually use. Over the years, it’s been a reliable tool in my business and for many of my clients too. I’ve used it to build forms, set up workflows, and create email sequences, and it makes email marketing feel a lot more doable for small business owners. I also appreciate that it helps people create a polished, professional brand experience without needing to be super techy. It’s simple, effective, and visually strong, which is a combination that can be hard to find.

Flodesk make creating a newsletter easy and accessible. There are so many features available that make every step customisable to exactly what your needs are. They are also super transparent about their costings and have managed to create a real sense of community. You can tell that the owners care about the experience and working hard to make using Flodesk the best that it can be. I personally believe the cost to be worth it for the wealth of features available that suit my needs.

Flodesk has to be my favourite business tool!! As a graphic designer, it's super important to me that all the content I put out is design-centric and eye catching. Flodesk makes it so easy to implement brand fonts and colours into email flows and sign up forms. Email is one of my favourite ways to connect with my audience and potential clients, and I know I can always depend on Flodesk to help me do just that. I've been using Flodesk since my business launched, about 3 years ago, and it has been a 5 star experience!!

Flodesk is a wonderful tool for our business. It's a great platform to build your mailing list and send beautiful newsletters. The workflows are easy to use, with everything we need to create sequences for our campaigns. Highly recommended for creative studios like ours.
