I'm one year into my contract with Flock Homes and feel I'm ready to give feedback on my experience thus far. First the positive. The process from start to finish was handled very professionally by Flock staff. The offer made on my property was good and the transaction went very smooth. All interaction with the staff has been excellent. On the less than positive side, you are locked into a minimum 3 year contract with them and returns are paid at approximately 3 percent of a value they control. The website boast of a 5-9 percent appreciation, again information they control. I would encourage all potential investors to read all reviews and documents thoroughly. This concept has value to the right people since you no longer have to deal with tenants and maintenance cost. But you will permanently lose control of your asset.

Working with FLOCK was easy, well understood by the agents I spoke with, they answered all of my questions, and took over the property in a timely fashion. In fact I made more money in the first quarter than I would have made taking in the rent for a year. I had to transfer the property through a local Real Estate Agent that managed the property for 20 plus years. Things when smoothly and there was no glitches in the transfer. Investing in FLOCK will only grow with time, and I am glad I am in the early stages of the program. FLOCK ON!

Flock Homes has been an incredible gift to me and to two of my family members, who had been helping me manage two properties in the Denver Metro area. I have been helped by the Flock Homes personnel from Day 1, having personal interaction with personable and efficient Sean, Gracious and talented President Ari Rubin, and administrative guru Owner/Advisor Danielle Rabman. I am particularly impressed that Flock has chosen to office in a fairly rough part of Denver in a practical, but not showy, office building. Contrary to many startup companies, Flock has chosen to carefully steward its investors' money instead of show-boating in a fancy high rise office in Downtown Denver or the Tech Center. Bravo!!!

I just closed on my first home sale to Flock end of December in NC. The process was easy with all document signing being done on-line and the notary coming to my home for final signatures. Earlier in the due diligence phase, Sean answered many questions from me, connected me with a Flock owner and the CEO, and was extremely transparent with all information. This built a lot of trust with me and I'm very happy with my decision to join Flock.

The process was fairly straight forward but the people made the difference for me. Sean and Danielle were very professional and provided me with everything I needed to make my decision. They made me feel welcome and more importantly trustworthy to do business with.

Flock has been very easy to work with and has also been responsive to questions and feedback. It has been a good experience so far.

The Flock organization has been has been a great way to transition some of our existing investment real estate properties to being a part of a passive real estate investment group. The transition was easy. the Flock team was very helpful as we learned about, discussed, and decided to make this move. The ongoing working relationship with their team in the months following our transaction has also been very good. Very importantly, we are satisfied with the financial return we have seen up to this point. As we look into the future we are happy with what we have seen so far and have faith we will continue to be very satisfied with this real estate investment.
