As an active single family residential investor, I've been looking for ways to diversify into more passive investments. When I first heard about Flock, I was skeptical. However, after doing my due diligence, I have found the company to be trustworthy and customer focused. Working with Flock has been a great experience for me so far. They have done everything they said they were going to do and I can see the attention and work they are putting into making the whole process easy and customer friendly. I highly recommend giving them a chance if you are in the market to sell an investment home.

I love the Flock model and the team was professional and easy to work with throughout the transaction process. Monitoring the properties and returns via the portal is clear and simple. It's great to own a smaller portion of a more diversified set of properties than just a few homes that are not as diversified, and having the Flock team manage them is wonderful.

As one of the earlier investors, the Flock was extremely accessible. I had a phone call, and then lunch with the founder, Ari Rubin, who definitely had a vision of what was possible, but he backed it up with his education, intelligence, creativity and follow-through, apparently attempting to do everything right without cutting corners. After trading in my rental property about 8 months ago, everything is working as 'advertised', and the company continues to be open and available to investors.

Very customer focused. Easy to reach to someone who can answer things. Very open to feedback to improve the process and/or the platform. I will do transaction with them again.

Working with Flock was a first-class experience from start to closing. Sam Shimek explained their concept and process clearly and Danielle Rabman was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the closing process and beyond. I appreciated Flock's flexibility in allowing me to allocate some of my exchange proceeds to other investments. With closings only done on the last day of each month, I did wish that I could have made the closer month-end closing rather than having to wait another full month. With the continued growth of Flock since my initial investment, I am also looking forward to seeing an increased value per share reflected in the portal. Everything that Flock promised, they delivered. I appreciate their regular communication, new hires and strategic market positioning. I am excited about the company's outlook and am glad that I am able to participate in their future.

They did what they said when they said they would and delivered an on-time closing. Communication has been dependable in getting answers and helping to understand how their systems work. I have contacted them recently about doing another deal which speaks to our satisfaction.
