Customer service, second to none!
What made my experience great was the gentleman who took care of my travel plans. His name was Hugo. My airline booking, although originally with one airline, due to no fault of the agency's, had to be changed to two separate flights on two different airlines...all due to no more seats available on the flight I originally booked. Hugo took the time to find an airline leaving on the dates I needed to travel with my daughter, within my budget, and in line with arrival and departure dates/times to maximize a quick trip to visit family. He was sure to follow through with calls and emails to ensure I received what I needed. His customer service was over a two hour period back and forth. He even said I could call if I needed help checking in for the flights. Hugo is a person who believes in helping a customer until they are content, this company is lucky to have him!
