Adam was polite and kind and helped me understand what to expect next in receiving my e-tickets and then will call me 24 hours prior to my trip from Atlanta which is very curteous of him

Mac good service

they scammed me on $90 and asked about good review.

After having a bad experience with Southwest Airline booking, Victor in booking cancelations was able to correct a wrong for which I am grateful.

Sierra is wonderful!

Spoke to Victor to book my ticket, was clear on the dates mentioning the dates at least 4 time during our conversation. Confirmed the ticket without reading through because I was confident that he got the dates correct. When I got home to actually print my ticket I noticed the dates were not correct. I will never book a flight through this site ever again. Th oh s is a total disappointment.called in to change and was told that there is no refund nor can I change the dates.

Victor took care of my boarding pass very promptly.
