After having booked a flight for the upcoming holidays, ran into a few "personal issues" and needed to make some adjustments to my reservation. When I reached out to customer via phone, I spoke with Hope, who went out of her way to assist me. Hope has a very good attention to detail, and was quick in resolving my issues, she's also a great listener, and I'm very grateful she went out of her way to really help me. Thank you Hope!
