Great prices. Easy to make reservations. Would not accept the birth year of the younger children when entering passenger info. Took most of the day to get confirmation, but well worth the wait with the money we saved.

I was asked to send a copy of card and driver's licence to verify credit card. Have never had to do this before. I had to send 2 emails before they issued the E ticket. It was eventually issued several days after the booking had been paid for.

My name is Victor Manuel Diaz. I am writing this correspondence as a review for flightsbird.com, in particular regarding employee, John Parker.  In January of 2018, I needed to make airline reservations for Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, flying out of Newark, New Jersey. The prices on all sites were between $555 and $612. I then cane across flightsbird.com. Their prices were significantly lower. I was a little iffy at first, but I made the call anyway. I spoke with John Parker who assured me that he would assist me in getting me the best price possible. His attitude was very pleasant and he was easy to deal with.  John was in constant communication with me in every step of the way. He found me the flight itenirarry that I wasted and I booked the reservation with him. My e-tickets were e-mailed to me about half an hour after making my reservations. I even contacted United Airlines to confirm. Everything was legit and I am a very happy customer. I will be contacting John and flightsbird.com for all my future travels. Thank you John.

The price was good, but it is three days and we are still waiting for our E-tickets to be issued.

Received a follow up to call to ensure the verification process was completed and my needs were met. Very responsive to feedback and I will be going through Flightsbird on my very near next travel needs.

Booked my flight on SunCountry, received email confirmation of ticket. One hour later receive phone call regarding full flight and they need to reissue ticket. After a email exchange that this is okay, they tell me my new ticket will be issued with 2 hours. Five hours later still no ticket and now I've been on hold for over 90 minutes. It all worked out in the end...7 hours, new ticket on American issued. Though, the flight isn't until late February, and I did check SunCountry, they still have seats available. Not sure I can recommend this company as of January 2018.
