My experience with Flightsbird was smooth, for the most part. There was a slight glitch with my credit card and I had to call to get it resolved. John in Customer Service was very helpful and they said they would honor the pricing I was quoted when I initially made the reservation. I would use them again.

I have not taken my flight yet but when I called, the customer service was very helpful. It's not your traditional flight booking experience but there were no problems and they were very kind. I entered in the wrong expiration date at booking and John was able to help me sort it out over the phone and keep the same price for my flight. After he sent my information to re-book, he gave me a follow up call to confirm as he said he would.

Even though it was non-refundable ticket, he understood my situation and agreed to work out a refund for the whole amount without penalty.
