Got charged twice. Issue resolved itself within 3 days but if I hadn’t had money to cover both charges I would’ve overdrafted and been charged by my bank. Again it didn’t happen and I got my money back but this type of thing shouldn’t be happening

Easy menu and functions, not many additional services solicitations

i just contacted Flightsbird to confirm a reservation that I made previously. Brock Drummer helped me to quickly get the information that I needed and was very courteous. my experience with Flightsbird for booking my flight saved me lots of money. This business sells tickets for seats they don't have, in the hope that it will become vacant. I purchased 1st class tickets on an extended flight due to a medical condition only to find when I got the tickets that I was in coach. In trying to deal with their "support" line, the first thing I was told was that *I* had made a mistake and that what I paid for was what I got. After emailing the receipt stating that it was 1st class and then the ticket that I got, they offered a refund that came no where close to making up the difference in cost. This bird is an ostrich... flightless.
