Excellent service and excellent pricing. I was looking for tickets for past 3-4 days. Looked at all popular sites like Kayak, priceline, google flights, cheapoair, etc. None of the prices where close. This site found me tickets that were 10% cheaper then others. Also I had a typo while I was trying to book the flight in rush. I called the 1-800 number on the top. The representative "Tom Lincon" was extremely helpful in correcting the errors for me. Very happy with their service so far.

Flightsbird wanted to verify my credit account, billing Address, and ID-information, which I have never experienced with any other flight/booking-company before. I did not see their email within their 4 hour period, so my booking ended up being more expensive. Furthermore, in order to verify my identity, my account and billing Address I had to send all kinds of copy´s and ID informations, which I though was a long process. Antonio Stamps from Flightsbird was very helpfull in this process and when he made a mistake about my departure time, he quickly edited to the correct time. But overall, I thought the whole process was unnecessary and burdensome, and I hope Flightbird changes this verification requirements in the future!
