This was my first time using Flightsbird to book a round-trip flight. The website was easy to understand and Flightsbird had the best flight time options! Later on, I was a panicking when it looked like my trip had been cancelled on the website, so I used the site's online customer service web chat to get help. John Parker was the agent I talked to and he was so helpful in checking on my itinerary and sending me an email with the ticket information. This was such a relief and I really appreciated all of his help!

We were in the middle of trying to book 6 flights, booking flights in general can be such a hassle and a complicated process! I decided to call the 1800 number and was lucky to be assisted by a gentleman who took his time to make sure that everything was booked correctly! On top of that he gave us the best deal possible and we ended up saving even more on each of our flights! I was so impressed by his patience and kindness! Would recommend to anybody booking a big family vacation or any flight for that matter! Best customer service ever! Thank you so much Tom Lincoln!
