My experience with Flightsbird is complicated but in the end turned out amazing so I am giving 5 stars for customer service. I went online to book my flights and after identifying the flights, entering all the information for 6 passengers and even payment info, the website would not allow me to "Book Travel" even after following all directions and attempting five times to book. I became so frustrated that I closed the website and even thought about changing the location of our travel. After 10 minutes, my phone rang and it was Tom Lincon from Flightbird who said he wanted to help me with my travel plans. Tom was very kind and helpful and I was able to easily book the same flights I had found online for all 6 members of my family. I am so excited to be traveling during the winter and am super happy with Tom's customer service and the great price!
