I had an extremely disappointing experience with FlightFare Hub. I came across what seemed to be an amazing deal on their website – a ticket at half the price of what other platforms were offering. Excited about the offer, I made the purchase, thinking I had secured a great deal. However, my excitement turned into frustration when I received a call from their customer service team shortly after. They informed me that they couldn't honour the advertised price and instead offered the ticket at double the price. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only misleading but also highly unethical. To make matters worse, the customer service representative I spoke with, Pablo, was incredibly rude and dismissive over messages. They showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue, leaving me feeling taken advantage of and mistreated. As a customer, I believe in fair and transparent transactions, and my experience with FlightFare Hub was the complete opposite. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this service, as their advertising practices and customer service leave much to be desired. I hope my review serves as a warning to potential customers, and I encourage FlightFare Hub to reevaluate their business practices to ensure better transparency and customer satisfaction in the future.

Excellent customer service

Truth to be told, fares are usually not correct. They are based on the cheapest fare a flight can have, and when you book, they tell you that fare is no longer available. But, I had the pleasure to talk with Santo, who helped me finding a good fare (although it was not as good as the one I entered for). Good thing is that this site is not a scam. They really help you booking flights and everything works perfectly fine. They are 24/7 connected to Whatsapp answering doubts and questions. The customer service attention is great. Thanks Santo!

they openly admit they post fares on the website they will not honor even after booking. this is bait and switch , its the definition of bait and switch. that is dishonest I will not do business with them

Flight fare Hub does come through with some really good flight deals at one point I thought I had gotten scammed but no it is as legit as buying directly through the airlines. But be ready for travel set backs that’s why I gave them a 3 star. I got to the airport and my confirmation was invalid was not able to leave until the next day. Eric was our agent dealing with our tickets great customer service he did everything in his power to resolve issue And he did.
