Excellent service

rom the moment I booked my flight, their (Enrique's) customer service was impeccable. He checked upon me regularly right from check in drop off ensured everything went smooth. He gave me huge discount of $800 which was no where possible. Enrique was so helpful and understanding. The user-friendly online platform made the process a breeze, and I was able to secure a great deal. My expectations were exceeded. Highly recommended. Would definitely book my next flight with Enrique.

Having selected and paid for flights via Flightfare, I was then told they were not available. I was provided alternatives which meant I had to change my plans at the destination end. On receipt of the tickets they explained that we did not have any luggage allowance and would have to pay more. At that point I said I would cancel - which suddenly led to the free of charge inclusion of luggage! I booked tickets for 2 of us to travel on the same flights and was told they would sit the 2 of us together, only then to be told it would cost more. The cost Flightfare identified proved to be much higher than me subsequently doing it myself direct with the airline. In summary, what looked like a very good deal came with lots of shortcomings and friction, which was not worth the small saving made by booking through Flightfare. I would not recommend anyone else use them - I certainly will not!
