SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I'd give 0 stars of i had that option. Haven't flown since I was a kid so I searched for a site that had cheap flights and found these guys and thought WOW what a deal only to find out that its a scam and they steal your card info and then charge your card multiple times under different made up billing domain names like Frontier web, and jet blue airways, after you already got a call from them and told then to cancel and then when you try to contact them back the phone # rings once and then ends the call. They stole funds from me and then deny the charges yet I haven't given my card to anyone or put it on any online sites. Read the reviews the 5 star reviews are a.i. bots and fakes names and acounts and its funny how they all have grammar and spelling issues. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

This is a scam. Stay away from them. I paid for a ticket, went to the airport and they cancelled the ticket. Promised a new one and then blocked by phone number. They are con conartists

What a scam , published flight was $328 . In 5 minutes call and say the flight was $1600 but there going to offer me a special rate of around 900. Almost triple . Indian guys says if I cancel . I loose the 328 dollars. Said I agreed to terms and conditions. Froze credit card , actually canceled it and ordered a new card as info is out there . As my son in law works for the FBI reported the company stay away

Total scam! Told by email reservation was pending and someone would reach out or call a number. I called the number waited on hold for twenty minutes and left a message. Called back same day on hold for 20 minutes. Rep told me it was a stand by flight and tried to sell me a ticket for 550. Nowhere through the process was i informed that it was stand by, nor was it in the email. Rep was belligerent and dismissive when I asked where I was informed it was stand by. Never answered the question!!

SCAM! They catch you on a cheap ticket, then they call saying it is no longer available and there is no refund, even if you did not receive the product in the end, it is your fault the airline does not offer that price anymore. Forced Upgrade for a higher price than any price available on market. DO NOT USE!!!

Do not use Flight Fare Hub for airline tickets. They "sell" you a ticket then call saying they ticket is sold out and offer you a higher priced ticket and zero option for a refund. Definitely an upsale scam. Plus keep changing confirmation numbers and seats. Very unprofessional business. Will never use nor recommend them again. Didn't confirmation until 12hrs before flight, they canceled 2hrs later, sent new confirmation 4hrs prior to flight, canceled 2hrs before flight and reissued new confirmation number with different seats. Get to airport and they canceled tickets again leaving me with no flight and now they won't answer phone.

DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHTFAREHUB. Based on my experience, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. After I booked my flight, my card was charged, but I later discovered they had reportedly used a travel voucher to pay for the ticket. My flight was then canceled, and I never received my money back. I was left scrambling to book another flight at my own expense. To make matters worse, the representative who identified himself as "Manuel" asked me to leave a 5-star review while processing my initial payment, which made me feel like they were trying to create the appearance of being a trustworthy company before I even knew whether my booking would be handled properly. When I tried to resolve the issue, the customer service representatives were rude, dismissive, and condescending. I felt like they had no interest in helping me recover my money or fixing the problem. In my opinion, this company should not be trusted. My experience left me feeling deceived and financially harmed. I will be pursuing every available option to recover my money and report what happened to the appropriate authorities. I was fortunate enough to have the funds to book another flight, but not everyone is in that position. I would strongly encourage others to avoid booking through FlightFareHub and instead use a reputable travel agency or book directly with the airline. This version is likely to be taken more seriously by readers because it clearly describes your firsthand experience while avoiding statements that could be interpreted as unproven factual accusations.

I booked a ticket online through Flightfarehub.com, received a confirmation email, the flight was with Frontier, I also chose the carry-on option for an additional $60, the email confirmation I received clearly shows the extra fee for carry-on, total price for one-way was $111.03, now I received phone call that my reservation is pending, then no longer available through airline, now new price is $310 for basic economy, but can be discounted to $198, and does not include carry-on fee, which was including in original confirmation. And they are telling me that reservation is non-refundable. I authorized only what original confirmation stated, not what ever they decide after the fact. Very disrespectful and unprofessional, and un-business like. Flighfarehub.com is a scam and definitely a bait-and-switch scammer. I will never use them again, and will make sure to let everyone I know via social media to never use them.
